Whatsapp is the new thing which was going viral in the
world of internet, because of their new whatsapp privacy policy. Whatsapp was
brought by facebook aka Mark Zuckerburg in 2014 for $19 billion.
Whatsapp had 500 million users when facebook bought
this app in 2014, today whatsapp has 2 billion users today and whatsapp has 5
billion downloads. Whatsapp had a old whatsapp privacy policy which was end to
end encrypted which means that when one user sends a message to another user
that will only be open or seen by the sender and receiver that means whatsapp
or facebook was not be able to see your message and text you have sent.

The new Whatsapp privacy policy claims to share data
with facebook. Which technically means that our data will not be private
anymore. This is the phrase that created this much controversy around the globe.
Because we all have seen that hackers had hacked
twitter, facebook and other apps like Zomato before. So is our data is safe if
facebook will breach it. I think no, but what’s the solution on that will we be
able to stop using Whatsapp due to this new whatsapp privacy policy. No we just
need a more secure server for the protection of our privacy.
HOW TO IMROVE YOUR DATA PRIVACY.
You can set the permissions for the apps you don’t use
that, so that they could not reach your files and mobile data. Off the permissions
of microphone and camera on the apps you did not use usually.
Do not depend on any of the app to completely, do not save
your bank details and private data on the apps you don’t use daily. Or on any
of the social linked app. Like Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and any
other like them.
